香港的交通系統憑藉99.9%的驚人準點率與處處體貼的人性化服務，榮登《Time Out》2025年全球最佳公共交通榜首。而今天發生的一個小故事，更讓我親眼見證了「人性化服務」不是口號，而是實實在在的溫暖。 今日（4月11日），我粵港澳大灣區新水墨概念畫會組織會員前往惠州十里銀灘，舉辦第十四屆場作品展暨旅遊寫生活動。老畫家歐展昂帶著幾幅作品乘搭港鐵前往羅湖，準備與大隊會合。途中在九龍塘轉乘東鐵線列車時，他才猛然驚覺——行李連同幾幅心血之作，竟遺留在剛才那班車上！ 老先生頓時心急如焚，站在月台上一籌莫展。幸好，港鐵站台服務員主動上前詢問，了解情況後立即冷靜協助，迅速聯繫車長。短短幾分鐘內，列車員便成功幫他找回遺留的行李，並貼心通知他到九龍灣站取回。 最令人感動的是，雖然經歷了這場小插曲，歐老師最終抵達羅湖時竟然完全沒有遲到，從容與大隊匯合，開開心心地乘上大巴，準時開啟了今日的寫生之旅。 一次意外遺漏，一份及時援手。港鐵不僅有全球第一的準點效率，更有令人安心的應急溫度。這就是為什麼香港公共交通能贏得世界掌聲——因為它真正看見了每一位乘客的需要。 Hong Kong's transportation system has topped Time Out's 2025 list of the world's best public transport systems, thanks to itsastonishing 99.9% punctuality rate and its thoughtful, people-oriented service. However, a small incident that occurred today allowed me to witness firsthand that "people-orientedvice" is not just a slogan, but a tangible warmth. Today (April 11), the Greater Bay Area New Ink Concept Painting Association organized a trip for its members to Silvereach in Huizhou for the 14th Exhibition and Tourist Sketching Event. Senior painter Ou Zhan'ang was carrying several artworks and taking the MTR tok Ma Chau to meet up with the group. However, while transferring to the East Rail Line train at Kowloon Tong, he suddenly realized—to his horror—that his luggage, along witveral of his masterpieces, had been left on the previous train! The elderly gentleman was immediately in a panic, standing on the platform at a loss for what to do. Fortutely, an MTR platform attendant proactively approached him to inquire. After understanding the situation, the attendant calmly assisted him and quickly contacted the train conductor. Within just a few minutes, the train crew ly retrieved the lost luggage and kindly informed him to collect it at Kowloon Bay Station. What was most touching is that despite this little mishap, Mr. Ou arrivat Lok Ma Chau on time. He calmly met up with the group, boarded the bus with a smile, and promptly embarked on today's sketching journey. An accidental oversight, a tihelping hand. The MTR boasts not only the world's number one punctuality efficiency but also a reassuring warmth in its emergency response. This is why Hong Kong's public transpns the world's applause—it truly sees the needs of every passenger.
