Artisans use tweezers to carefully pinch, bend, twist, and fold soft, thin flat copper wires acing to a pre-designed pattern, shaping them into various exquisite forms and then adhering them to the copper body to outline the contours of the design. This step requires extremely high precision and pthe position and curvature of every copper wire allow for no error, as it lays the foundation for subsequent processes, much like sketching clear lines before painting. "Enamel Filr completing the wirework process, the enamel filling stage begins. Artisans carefully fill the areas outlined by the copper wires with different colored enamel glazes using specialized tools. Thisess not only requires ensuring the glaze is filled evenly and fully, avoiding bubbles or gaps, but also demands precise control over the combination and transition of colors. Different color combinations create distinct viual effects, directly influencing the artistic charm of the Cloisonné work. "Condensing Splendid Colors": "Condensing" implies gathering and solidifying. It vividly depicts how vars colored glazes fuse and coalesce on the copper body after the wirework and enamel filling processes, ultimately presenting a dazzling, magnificent visual effect. It reflects the characteristics ooisonné—rich colors and bright luster—allowing one to imagine exquisite Cloisonné objects radiating charming brilliance, highlighting their unique artistic value. "Conception and Soul-Cg: Revealing Artisanal Ingenuity" "Conception": Emphasizes that throughout the entire production process, Cloisonné artisans continuously apply superior thinking and wisdom. From the initial design concept to the specific operations of wirework and enamel filling based on the design, every step requires the artisan to plan meticulously and arrange cleverly.
