《五律·瓷都歸來有懷》 別去昌江月,歸來看海雲。三番熔釉火,一竅悟紅紋。 敗筆藏真訣,精研出至文。癡心磨造化,不負此窯勛。 "Five-Character Regulated Verse: Reflections upon Returning from the Porcelain Capital" Parting from the moon over the Chang River, I return to gaze sea clouds. Three times the glaze melts in the fire; in a flash, I grasp the red patterns. Failed strokes conceal the true secret; deep study yields the ultima art. With a single-minded heart, I polish nature's creation, not betraying this kiln's glory.

The bright moon adds a sen tranquility and remoteness, perhaps also implying the poet's reluctance and attachment to the Porcelain Capital. Upon "returning," what meets the eye are the clouds and rosyuds over the sea. The sea clouds are vast and ever-changing, revealing a broad and heroic artistic conception. The shift from the moon over Changjiang to the sea clouds suggests a transform in the poet's state of mind after the journey to the Porcelain Capital. Departing with anticipation for exploring the unknown and a tinge of melancholy, the poet returns withore open and clear heart, having undergone the baptism of ceramic art.
