比賽是檢驗訓練的考場 又一場激戰落幕。對我而言，最欣慰的不是記分牌，而是： ✅ 每一次奮不顧身的拼搶 ✅ 看到「新人」挺身而出，扛起責任 ✅ 看到孩子們在比賽中凝聚成一個整體 籃球，教給孩子們的遠不止贏球。這裏是關於紀律、智慧和兄弟情的課堂。我們，一直在路上！ 歡迎更多熱愛籃球的少年加入我們，一起成長，一起戰鬥！ 
The game is the test field for training Another fierce battle has come to an end. For me, the most gratifying thing is not scoreboard, but: ✅ Every time we go all out to fight ✅ Seeing the "newcomers" stand up and take on responsibilities ✅ Seeing the children come as a whole in the game Basketball teaches children far more than just winning. This is a classroom about discipline, wisdom, and brotherhood. We are always on the! Welcome more young people who love basketball to join us, to grow together, to fight together! 
U6籃球訓練核心要點 1. 興趣優先： 以遊戲化的方式開展訓練，比如運球接力、投籃小遊戲等，避免枯燥的機械重復，讓孩子在玩樂中建立對籃球的喜愛。 2. 基礎動作啟蒙： 運球：重點培養原地和慢速行進間的運球手感，不追求速度，先保證球不丟。 傳球：學習簡單的胸前傳球、擊地傳球，強調用雙手發力，感受協作的樂趣。 投籃：以近距離、輕力度的原地投籃為主，培養正確的手型和發力習慣。 3. 身體協調性培養： 通過跳繩、折返跑、敏捷梯等輔助訓練，提升孩子的手腳協調、平衡感和反應速度，這是打好籃球的底層能力。 4. 規則與團隊意識： 用簡單易懂的方式講解基本規則，比如走步、出界，並通過3v3或2v2的迷你比賽，讓孩子初步理解團隊配合的概念。 5. 安全與鼓勵為主： 訓練中要做好防護，比如佩戴護具、檢查場地。教練和家長要多鼓勵、少批評，保護孩子的自信心和積極性。
