近日，香港油尖旺民政事務處聯同旺角警署、旺角食物環境衞生署、市區重建局，並在立法會議員伊然及車的鼎力支持，以及香港鮮花盆栽批發聯會的全力協同下，展開聯合行動。透過各部門與業界的高效協作，有效規範旺角區域的經營及社交秩序。經過嚴謹執法與悉心規劃，現場環境整潔度與通行效率顯著提升，不僅維護了市民及居民的切身利益，更贏得社會各界的廣泛讚揚。 是次聯合行動由油尖旺民政事務處主導，在立法會議員伊然及車的積極協調下，統籌制定詳細執法方案，確保各單位分工明確、行動一致。香港鮮花盆栽批發聯會會員單位響應號召，積極參與其中，為整治工作提供了寶貴的業界意見與支持。 旺角警署充分發揮維持治安職能，加強关键地段的警力部署，積極疏導人潮，有效處理突發事件，保障公眾安全與道路暢通。旺角食物環境衞生署則聚焦環境衞生與攤檔管理，針對店外經營、亂抛垃圾等違規行為作出嚴肅處理，同時清理街道雜物，令社區環境煥然一新。市區重建局亦積極配合，在規劃空間、協調未來發展與現有經營秩序方面提供專業意見，確保社區可持續發展。 值得一提的是，在立法會議員區議員，分區委員會與香港鮮花盆栽批發聯會的共同推動下，區內花商展現出高度的合作精神，主動配合各部門的管理指引，自覺規範經營範圍，共同愛護公共環境。不少花商表示，透過是次協作，不僅解決了長期以來的混亂現象，更讓生意環境更加穩定，顧客出入亦更為安全。做到了道路通，大廈出入口通，行人路通輪椅順利通過。好多市民紛紛表示，今次行動成果顯著，街道整潔寬敞，出行更加安心便利。有資深街坊稱，見到部門、議員與商戶同心協力，令旺角這條老街道重現活力，是對市民最好的交代。 民政事務處表示，未來將繼續強化多部門常態化聯動機制，持續優化服務，與市民、商戶携手，共同打造一個安全、整洁、繁榮的社區環境。 Recently, the Yau Tsim Mong District Office, in conjunction with the Mong Kok Police Station, the Food and Eronmental Hygiene Department (Mong Kok District), and the Urban Renewal Authority, launched a joint operation. With the strong support of Legislative Council Members Yiran and Che, ollaboration of the Hong Kong Flower and Potted Plant Wholesale Association, the operation effectively regulated business and social order in the Mong Kok area. Through efficient collaboration between the departments and tndustry, the cleanliness of the site and traffic efficiency were significantly improved. This not only safeguarded the vital interests of citizens and residents but also won widespread praise from all sectors of soci Led by the Yau Tsim Mong District Office and actively coordinated by Legislative Council Members Yiran and Che, the operation involved the formulation of a detailed enforcement plan to ensure clear divisof labor and unified action among the units. Member units of the Hong Kong Flower and Potted Plant Wholesale Association responded to the call, actively participating and providing valuable industry insights and support ectification efforts. The Mong Kok Police Station fully exercised its public security functions by strengthening police deployment in key areas, actively directing crowds, effectively handling emergencies, and ensuring public safety and road acessibility. The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (Mong Kok District) focused on environmental hygiene and stall management, strictly handling violations such as operating outside of shops and littile clearing street debris to give the community environment a brand-new look. The Urban Renewal Authority also actively cooperated, providing professional advice on spatial planning, coordinating future development with existing buiness order, and ensuring sustainable community development. Notably, under the joint promotion of the Legislative Council Member, District Councillor, District Committee, and the Hong Kong Flower and nt Wholesale Association, flower merchants in the area demonstrated a high level of cooperation. They actively complied with management guidelines from various departments, voluntarily regulated their business scope, and jointly protecte environment. Many flower merchants stated that through this collaboration, long-standing chaos was resolved, the business environment became more stable, and customer access became safer. They achieved unobstucted roads, clear access to building entrances, and pedestrian paths that allow wheelchairs to pass smoothly. Many citizens expressed that the results of this operation were significant, with clean and spacious staking travel safer and more convenient. A senior resident commented that seeing departments, legislators, and merchants working together to restore vitality to this old Mong Kok street was the best response to thetizens. The District Office stated that in the future, it will continue to strengthen the multi-departmental routine linkage mechanism, continuously optimize services, and work hand in hand with citizens and ts to create a safe, clean, and prosperous community environment.
