廣州廣雅中學是一所百年老校，自創辦起就重視書法教育。當年的課堂和社團裏，走出過不少熱愛書法的學生。多年過去，當年的“小小書法家”，如今有的已在書法界嶄露頭角。 為讓傳統延續下去，學校成立了廣雅中學校友書畫社，把師生和校友聚在一起，繼續交流切磋。 新春伊始，校友書畫社舉辦首展《廣承墨韻 雅續華章》，在文化公園文薈館開幕。我作為1965屆校友，也專程回廣州參加。現場見到老同學、老校友，感觸良多。 展覽彙集了不同年代廣雅人的詩書畫作品。有的飄逸，有的剛勁，各有風貌，也看得出各自下的功夫。作品背後，是大家對書法的熱愛，也是廣雅人之間的一種情誼。 這次展覽也是粵港澳文化交流的一個縮影。不少來自灣區各地的書法愛好者到場，彼此交流，氣氛很好。 書法於我，既是愛好，也是和母校、和傳統之間的連接。我希望能用筆墨，為傳承出一分力，讓這門藝術在大灣區繼續傳下去。 Guangzhou Guangya Middle School is a century-old school that has always emphasized calligraphy education since its founding. students who were passionate about calligraphy have emerged from the classrooms and clubs of those years. Over the years, some of those "young calligraphers" have now a name for themselves in the calligraphy world. To continue the tradition, the school established the Guangya Middle School Alumni Calligraphy and Pain Society, bringing together teachers, students, and alumni to continue their exchange and practice. At the beginning of the new year, the Alumni Calligraphy and Pain Society held its first exhibition, "Guang Continues the Ink Rhyme; Elegance Continues the Chinese Chapter," which opened at the Wen Hui Hall in Cultural Park. As a 1965 alumnus, I also came back to Guangzhou specially to attend. Seeing old classmates and alumni at the scene, I was touched. The exhibition brought together calligraphy, painting, and poetry works from Guangya people of different eras. Some are elegant, some are vigorous, with its own style, and it is also possible to see the hard work put into each one. Behind the works is everyone's love for calligraphy and also a of friendship among Guangya people. This exhibition is also a reflection of cultural exchange in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Manyigraphy enthusiasts from all over the Bay Area attended and exchanged with each other, creating a great atmosphere. Calligraphy is both a hobby and a connection between and my alma mater and tradition. I hope to contribute to the inheritance with my brush and ink, allowing this art to continue in the Greater Bay Area
