Fear not the hardships, cultivate in the field of one's career, and only can one reap the abundant rewards. And virtue is the source of happiness, with a heart full of goodwill, like a spring breeze, warming others and nourishing oneself. A smile, a sincere help, can all sow the seeds of good fortune in an instant.

香港DM德馬數字甲骨文集團 CEO / 林鏡德 LIN JING DE 註釋： Hong Kong DM Digital Oracle Group CEO / Lin Jingde LIN JING DE Note: 蘇軾的《浣溪沙·元豐七年十二月二十四日從泗州劉倩叔遊南山》。元豐七年（1084 年）十二月二十四日，蘇軾從泗州（今安徽泗縣）到南京，與友人劉倩叔遊南山，在遊賞過程中品嘗了當地野菜，有感而發寫下了這首詞。 《蔞蒿蒿筍試春盤》「蔞蒿」和「蒿筍」都是春天生長的野菜，在古代，立春有吃春盤的習俗，將新鮮的蔬菜放在盤子裏食用。「試春盤」就是品嘗春盤裏的野菜，這裏描繪了詩人在早春時節，與友人一起嘗試新鮮野菜的情景。體現了詩人對自然時令的敏銳感知和對簡單生活的享受。早春的野菜帶著大自然的氣息，是季節的饋贈，詩人品嘗野菜，也是在感受春天的生機與活力。 《人間有味是清歡》人間真正有滋味的，是清淡的歡愉。這裏的「清歡」指的是遠離喧囂、摒棄奢華，在平淡、質樸的生活中獲得的愉悅和滿足。蘇軾一生仕途坎坷，經歷了多次貶謫。他通過品嘗野菜這件小事，表達了一種對世俗名利的看淡和對簡單、寧靜生活的向往。在他看來，真正的快樂不在於物質的享受和功名利祿的追求，而在於內心的平靜和對生活的細微感受。 Su Shi's "Washing the Sands by the River: On the 24th Day of the Twelfth Month the Year of Yuanfeng Seven (1084), Traveling to Mount Nan with Liu Qianshu from Sizhou". On the 2th day of the twelfth month of the year of Yuanfeng seven (1084), Su Shi traveled from Sizhou (present-day Sui County, Anhui) to Nanjing, where he visited Mount Nan with his friend Liu Qianshu. During the excursion, they tasted local wild vegetables, in response to this experience, he composed this poem. "Tasting the Spring Plate of Artemisia and Asparagus" "Artemisia" and "paragus" are both wild vegetables that grow in spring. In ancient times, there was a custom of eating a spring plate on the first day of the Start of Spring solar term which involved consuming fresh vegetables presented on a plate. "Tasting the Spring Plate" refers to the experience of sampling the wild vegetables in the spring plate. This poem depicts the of the poet trying fresh wild vegetables with a friend in early spring. It reflects the poet's keen perception of the natural seasons and his enjoyment of a simple life. The early vegetables carry the breath of nature and are a gift of the season. By tasting them, the poet is also experiencing the vitality and vigor of spring. "The Flavor of Life is in its Simplicity" The real flavor of life lies in the simple pleasures. The "simplicity" here refers to the joy and satisfaction found in life far from bustle and devoid of luxury, in a plain and simple existence. Su Shi experienced a tumultuous career, enduring multiple exiles. Through the act of tasting vegetables, he expressed a detachment from worldly fame and fortune and a longing for a simple and tranquil life. In his view, true happiness does not lie in the enjoyment material goods or the pursuit of fame and wealth, but in the inner peace and the subtle appreciation of life.
